The conversational AI platform

One platform for every AI phone conversation.

Design the conversation, give it a number and let it talk: in your callers' own languages, connected to your systems, with every word on the record.

The conversation

The agent does not improvise its way through a call. It walks the workflow you drew, and you can watch which step it is on.

Visual workflows

Greet, ask, branch, match, call an API, set a value, run another workflow, hand over. Drawn on a canvas, versioned, and testable step by step from the browser.

Inbound and outbound

The same workflow answers a call and places one. A campaign and a helpdesk are the same machinery pointed in different directions.

Interruptible speech

Streamed sentence by sentence, so the first words start before the last are decided, and the agent stops the moment the caller speaks over it.

Keypad input (DTMF)

Press 1 for sales, key in an order number, confirm with a digit. A Match step branches on the press exactly as it branches on speech.

Answers, and the honest lack of one

Replies are grounded in your documents, your workflow and what your API returned. Where there is nothing to say, the agent hands over rather than inventing.

Languages and voices

144 locales have a natural synthesised voice; 251 are available in all, because a workflow can run entirely on your own recordings.

Every Indian language that matters

Hindi, Bangla, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Indian English, with voices built for the phone.

And most of the rest of the world

European, East Asian, South-East Asian and Middle Eastern locales, from the same picker and the same workflow.

One workflow per market

Language is a workflow setting. Translate a flow into another language and keep the structure, the variables and the branches.

Your own recordings

Any step can play a real recording instead of a synthesised line: for a language nothing can speak, or a greeting that must be a particular voice.

Numbers and hardware

Three ways to get a line, and the console cannot tell them apart once the call is running.

A SIM card and its adaptors on a dark surface

Cloud numbers

Buy one in the console. Answer, hangup and fallback webhooks are configured for you, and a sync keeps the list honest when a number is released.

The number you already own

Bring your local number and the customers who already dial it. Connect your own carrier account. The relationship and the number stay yours.

A SIM in a dongle

Put your own SIM in our dongle and calls go out on the plan you already pay for. An unlimited plan means unlimited calls, with no per-minute carrier bill to reconcile.

Multi-modem

Several SIMs on one machine, calls spread across them. More lines without more contracts.

Your systems, mid-call

A call that cannot read your data is a call that takes a message. This one books the appointment.

Call an API while the caller waits

Your URL, your method, your headers, a JSON body, with {variables} from the call filled in as it is built.

Pull the answer apart

Map any field of the response into a variable ({response.body.booking.id}) and branch on it, say it, or send it on.

A secret store

Your keys and tokens are stored encrypted and referenced as {{name}}. The credential is added on the way into the request and never lives in a workflow, a transcript or a log.

An API of our own

Everything the console does is an endpoint you can drive: place calls, manage agents and workflows, read history. Issue an API key and go.

Running it

What you need to trust a machine that talks to your customers unattended.

Transcripts of everything

Phone calls and browser tests alike, with the keypad presses, the branch taken and what your API replied. Kept 30 days.

Test from the browser

Dial your own agent with a microphone and a live transcript, through the same engine that answers the phone, so a test really does prove the call.

A wallet, charged to the second

A yearly plan sets your rate; a prepaid wallet pays for exactly the seconds a call is connected and the tokens the model uses. A call is only connected when the balance can fund it, and the balance can never go negative.

Teams

Sign in with Google, invite the rest, share the agents, numbers, workflows and history across the organisation.

Hear it for yourself.

Sign in, draw a workflow, and make a browser test call to it in minutes.
