What does the per-second rate cover? +
The engine side of a connected second: hearing the caller, running your workflow, and speaking in the voice you chose. It is charged for exactly the seconds the call was connected (a 20-second call pays for 20 seconds), from a prepaid wallet.
How is pay as you go different? +
There is no yearly fee. Every started minute of a connected call costs ₹2 from your wallet. A yearly plan charges by the second instead, at ₹1.20 a minute on Pro and ₹0.60 on Pro Max.
And the AI tokens? +
Whenever the model reads or writes (a free-form turn of conversation, an AI Agent step, the post-call summary), its tokens are charged on top: ₹25 per 100K in, ₹50 per 100K out, on every plan. A workflow that branches on fixed lines and keypad presses asks the model nothing.
How does the free trial work? +
Every new organisation starts with ₹100 in its wallet and calls at the Pro rate: about 83 minutes, no card needed. When it runs out, pick pay as you go or a yearly plan.
What happens when the year ends? +
Renew from Settings, then Plan. Renewing before it ends adds a year to what is left. Until you renew, calls carry on at the Pro rate from whatever balance remains, but the wallet cannot be topped up.
Can a call ever overrun my balance? +
No. A call only connects when the balance can fund at least a minute, that minute is reserved when it is answered (and refunded to the second if the call is shorter), and the rest settles as the call runs. The balance cannot go negative.
And the telephony itself? +
That depends on the line. A cloud number or your own number is billed by your carrier directly, at their rates. A SIM in our dongle runs on the plan you already have, so an unlimited plan means no per-minute carrier cost at all.
Enterprise, bulk or a discount? +
Write to support@hellocall.ai with your expected minutes a month. Per-second rates below Pro Max, longer terms, several organisations under one agreement and invoiced billing are all agreed by hand.
