The service
HelloCall answers and makes phone calls for your business using call flows you design, on phone numbers you connect, including SIMs in a HelloCall modem. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. If you use it for an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your organisation's console, including what its members do there.
Calling people lawfully
You decide who HelloCall calls and what it says. You must have a lawful basis to call and to record the people you call, and you must follow the rules that apply to you, including India's telecom regulations on commercial communication and Do Not Disturb preferences. Tell callers when a call is answered by an automated system or recorded wherever that is required.
What you may not do
- Use HelloCall for fraud, harassment, threats, or to impersonate a person or organisation.
- Call people who have asked not to be called, or numbers you have no right to call.
- Try to break, overload or get around the limits and security of the service.
- Resell the service without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.
Plans, wallet and charges
Calls are paid from a prepaid wallet at the rate of your plan: pay as you go, charged per started minute, or a yearly plan charged per second. AI use is charged by the token on every plan. Current prices are on the pricing page. A call connects only when your balance can pay for it.
Telephony bought from a carrier, such as a cloud number's rental and call charges on your own Plivo account, is billed by that carrier. Numbers bought from us are charged monthly from your wallet.
Your content
Your call flows, recordings, contacts and call records are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Our privacy policy explains how.
Availability and changes
We work to keep HelloCall running at all times, but calls depend on networks, carriers and providers outside our control, and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve the service; if a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in advance.
Responsibility
HelloCall is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from how you use it, from calls you choose to make, or from interruptions caused by others. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending the service
You can stop using HelloCall and delete your organisation at any time from its settings. We may end an account that breaks these terms. When an organisation is deleted, the numbers it rented from us are released.
